Through fundraising and volunteering of time and resources, the Riverchase Elementary School Parent Teacher Association (RES PTA) supports school activities, educational programs, and needs that arise above state and local funding sources.
How do I join?
Joining the RES PTA is simple – just complete the form and pay the $35 annual dues using the button below. There are two brief general body meetings you are welcome to attend, one in the spring and one in the fall.
If you indicate on your membership form that you are available to volunteer your time occasionally throughout the year, you'll receive notices when opportunities arise. You're free to sign up for the options that suit your schedule.
How else can I help?
Helping RES doesn't have to take a lot of your time or financial resources. Here are a few ways you can get involved:
Support our Events & Fundraisers – From showing up at our community events to eating out at Spirit Nights and giving during Boosterthon, being engaged at any level not only helps RES, it shows your student that you care about their school experience. Learn more here.
Volunteer – Indicate your interest in volunteering on your membership form, and you'll be added to our list to hear about opportunities that come up throughout the year. These vary, offering opportunities that work for a variety of schedules and preferences. Don't worry, we won't blindly assign you to anything.
Show Your School Spirit – Wear RES gear, participate in dress-up and theme days, and be a positive voice about our school in the community and online. A little encouragement goes a long way, especially when it comes to staff and student morale.
