Spirit Night: Chick-fil-A // Thursday, April 9

A portion of mobile orders from 5-8 p.m. at the Patton Creek location will benefit RES. Download the Chick-fil-A app to participate!

Teacher Workday: NO SCHOOL // Friday, April 10

Kindergarten Kickoff // Tuesday, April 28

Held from 3:30-4:30 p.m., this event is for rising 2026-2027 kindergarteners and their parents. Students will meet with kindergarten teachers, enjoy a snack, and receive an RES swag bag. 4th & 5th Grade Talent Show + General PTA Meeting // Thursday, April 30

A brief general PTA meeting to elect 2026-2027 officers will be held before the talent show. Details to come about the show!

MAY 2025

Teacher Appreciation Week // May 4-8

Field Day + Early Dismissal // Wednesday, May 20

Field day will be hosted in the morning, with school dismissing at 11:30 a.m.

Last Day of School + Early Dismissal // Thursday, May 21

School dismisses for the summer at 11:30 a.m.

Spirit Day: Dave & Buster's // Thursday, May 21

Come celebrate the start of summer at Dave & Buster's from 12-3 p.m.! A portion of sales will benefit RES.

PTA-SPONSORED EVENTS

These events are coordinated by PTA each year to support the school financially and as encouraging, community-building efforts.

SPIRIT NIGHTS (throughout the school year)

Eat at these local businesses on the designated days and a portion of sales benefits RES.

SPIRIT WEAR SALES (throughout the school year)

These periodic, short-term sales feature RES merchandise, with proceeds benefiting the school.

TEACHER APPRECIATION (throughout the school year)

The PTA coordinates Teacher Appreciation lunches throughout the year as well as Teacher Appreciation Week in May and provides ongoing encouragement and support to teachers through workroom snacks, classroom supplies, and more.

BOOSTERTHON (September)

This primary fundraiser of the fall typically raises more than $25,000 for special projects and upgrades around the school. The culminating event in 2024 was a Silent Disco dance party for students at the end of the week.

FALL FESTIVAL (October)

Gather the whole family and join us for a fun event at the school. In recent years, this has been a Movie Night. This year, we'll host a Fall Festival with carnival games, food trucks, a video game truck, face painting, and more!

HOLIDAY SHOP (December)

Students have the opportunity to buy small gifts for family and friends in this fun and festive fundraiser.

SILENT AUCTION (February/March)

This primary fundraiser for the spring offers dozens of items and experiences for sale using an online silent auction platform. Support RES and get a little something – or a big something – for yourself while you're at it.
